Sue - Owner/Stylist
When redevelopment forced her to close the doors to "Splash," at its former location (See TV Commercial circa 1985) , Sue admits it was "the hardest thing I ever had to do." During the next four years, she kept her clients happy and her skills up-to-date while working for another salon - and the experience only confirmed her belief that today's salon experience was seriously lacking a vital component: exemplary customer service.

So, when the current location became available, Sue and business partner Patti set out to create the salon of their dreams.

They handpicked the staff based on a superior skill level, willingness to work as a team, and commitment to making the client experience the best possible.

Sue enjoys a stellar reputation throughout Orange County as a precision cutter, expert stylist and premier color specialist. Her mastery of color correction has brought referrals from all over California and beyond, and there is no hair emergency Sue can't fix!

Sue is also an active presence in the community, supporting programs for battered women, Second Harvest Food Bank, The Miss Huntington Beach Pageant, Huntington Beach Community Clinic Duck-A-Thon, programs that recycle human hair in making wigs for cancer patients, just to name a few.

40 years of experience have brought Sue many industry awards and recognition, as well as accolades for her community involvement. She brings both to her newest "Splash" venture and insists that the staff share her commitment to customer service, exceptional skill levels and a willingness to give back to the community.

Mostly, Sue wants to make YOU happy, and you won't be disappointed in her capable hands!

Patti  - Owner/Stylist
Patti has more than forty years experience as a stylist, yet her passion is such that she continues to attend classes, seminars and hair shows, learning the latest techniques and staying on top of current trends.

As up-to-the-minute as her skills are, Patti has not turned her back on old school techniques enjoyed by many women of a "certain age." Mature clients will feel equally at home in the environs of Splash - no glaring neon or stress-inducing techno music here - as their younger counterparts. And, Patti's unparalleled skill in crafting styles, perms and cuts for mature women makes her a rare find in today's youth-fixated salons.

Olga  - Esthetician
Our resident skin specialist, Olga can turn your face into the radiant palette it was meant to be! One would be hard-pressed to find an esthetician as experienced and accredited as Olga.

A graduate of the Paul Mitchell school, Nikki had turned  her love for hair and beauty into way of life.

She loves fashion, music, tattoos and people that can make her laugh. Clients love her easy manner and amazing shampoos.

Rosalyn - Stylist
As a little girl, Rosalyn practiced her styling skills on her dolls and then moved onto friends. After enrolling in cosmetology school and studying the various elements, she discovered her talent for achieving remarkable results in coloring, and has honed her skills to the highest degree of expertise.

Finding a salon that demanded her absolute best while emphasizing a real sense of family and supportiveness among staff, is "the perfect job," according to Rosalyn. "Coming to work makes me feel good because I know I have the chance to make a client as beautiful on the outside as they are on the inside."

Shannon-Stylist/Designer
A Chicago native and mid western girl at heart, Shannon moved to California for her love of weather, sandy beaches, and doing hair.

She finds inspiration in her family, music, snowboarding, fashion, photography, art and her travels.  Her passion lies in creating things that are aesthetically pleasing and inspiring change in her clients.

Shannon has been in the industry for over 8 years and is redken certified and bumble and bumble educated. Specializing in color, she can create any look for a multitude of different lifestyles. In her spare time, she enjoys collaborating with other artists doing freelance hair for print photography and fashion shows.
